LOST PACKAGES
We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE
We are sorry to hear about this!
But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product + pictures. We will get back to you with instructions on the process. You can e-mail us at shoptourstock@gmail.com
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
All SALE pieces are final sale and are not eligible to return.
The color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. Colors may appear to you slightly different than they are. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item, please feel free to contact me.
It must also be in the original packaging.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Replacements for broken pieces are only accepted 7 days after delivery date, restrictions may apply.
