Fraudalent Orders or false opened cases.

Shop tour stock has it own private lawyer, if false opened cases or fraudulent orders are made or opened, legal terms will be made. Be kind to small business.


We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.

But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

All SALE pieces are final sale and are not eligible to return.

The color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. Colors may appear to you slightly different than they are. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item, please feel free to contact me.

Once your return has been created we create a pre paid return label and send it via email so you may drop it at any USPS location or mail person.
